D-12 is a scenic sector in Islamabad, located next to E-11 and connected to the rest of the city via the Margalla Road. The layout is similar to other sectors in the city, divided into four parts that are equidistant to the commercial area. The sector is developed with many residents already settled and several houses under construction. Basic necessities including electricity, gas and water are readily available. D-12 is approximately 15 km away from Zero Point and 34 km from the New Islamabad International Airport.
