The Hyderabad Bypass is adjacent to the Jamshoro Road and the Karachi–Hyderabad Motorway. The road, which is located in the town of Qasimabad, is approximately 15 kilometres long and serves as an important link between the National Highway Road and the Karachi–Hyderabad Motorway in Hyderabad. It is critical in facilitating intercity travel between two of Sindh's most important cities. The neighbourhood is both residential and commercially significant.
