I-11 Description

Adjacent to IJP Road and right in front of Pirwadhayi Morh, Sector I-11 is a bordering sector of Islamabad. Parallel to Sector H-11 where the National University of Science and Technology is located, this sector is currently emerging at a rapid pace and becoming a favorite area due to its convenient accessibility and economical prices as compare to other sectors.

With the availability of massive road network around the area, Sector I-11 maintains a smooth connection with all the areas of twin cities. A direct connection with IJP Road helps it connect with Murree Road which further opens access its way towards Chak Shehzad, Bani Gala, Farash Town, Ali Pur, Chatta Bakhtawar, Naval Anchorage, Park View City, Park Enclave, Bahria Enclave, and Barakahu.

At Faizabad Interchange, IJP Road diverts to Islamabad Expressway which connects the sector with Rawat and other areas of the twin cities for example, Bahria Town, DHA, PWD, Pakistan Town, Korang Town, Humak Town, and CBR Town. Kashmir Highway opens the horizon more for the residents of I-10, connecting them to areas lying to the western part of the capital city, TopCity-1, Mumtaz City, B-17, Jammu and Kashmir Housing Society, and New Islamabad International Airport.

Sector I-11 is under the jurisdiction of Capital Development Authority. The sector is surrounded by Service Road North and Nescom Hospital to the north, Service Road and PSO Petrol Pump to the east, IJP Road and Margalla National Hospital to the south, and Nur Railway Station to the west. Various facilities including electricity, gas and water supply are available in the area.
