
ISLAMABAD: The Grievances Committee established by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) received grievances from two bidders regarding the track and trace system.
The name of the final bidder will be announced after both detailed bids submitted by Reliance IT Solutions Pvt ltd. and National Radio Telecommunications Corporation (NRTC) is evaluated.
Under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules, the lowest bidder will be awarded the contract after the evaluation report is published on the website for 10 days.
The aggrieved party can take up the matters with the Ministry of Law, PPRA, or court of law.
