Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has been sought cooperation from the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) for action against sponsors of the illegal housing schemes. It aims to protect people from housing frauds.
CCP’s member Dr. Shahzad Ansar while talking to LDA officials has expressed how the respective authority can help in saving interest of the people. He has invited the LDA to sign a Mou with CCP in this regard.
In the meeting, a briefing on the number of approved and otherwise unapproved housing schemes was also given by the LDA DG Ms Amna Imran Khan.
