ISLAMABAD: In a bid to promote construction activities, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced to hold a second auction of commercial plots that is to be held on September 21, 22 and 23.

Plots located in G-10 Markaz, I-8 Markaz, Diplomatic Enclave, F-10 Markaz, Industrial Triangle Kahuta and various class III shopping centres including G-9/1, G-9/2, G-10/3, G-11/4 and I-11/4 will be up for auction.

In addition, industrial plots, agro farm plots, and apartment plots will be auctioned in the upcoming event.

The authority announced plans to offer plots from the Blue Area New Vision project.

Prior to this, the CDA successfully auctioned 12 plots, under the Blue Area New Vision project, and secured Rs17.4 billion.
