Commissioner Multan reviews development projects under CDP

MULTAN: Javed Akhtar, Commissioner Multan division on Wednesday assessed the ongoing development projects under Community Development Programme (CDP).

According to the details, the commissioner assessed the progress of 585 projects under Phase-II, and Phase-III of CDP.

Speaking on the occasion the commissioner directed the relevant authorities to finish the work on Phase-II by June 10.

The officials told the commissioner that out of 239 schemes under phase-II, work on 160 schemes has been finished while the development work on the remaining schemes is underway.

Further, the officials added that 346 development projects under Phase-III will be initiated in the upcoming days at the cost of Rs3.2bn.
