
KARACHI: As per the statistics of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the inflows from Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) in the month of June 2021 are recorded at $310mn.
The month of June has observed the highest amount of inflows in RDA since its launch.
Similarly, the investment in Naya Pakistan Certificates (NPC) as of the end of June has been observed at $1050mn while investment in NPC has been witnessed at $233mn.
Earlier, the inflows from overseas Pakistanis in RDA in the 10 months of FY2020-21 were recorded at $1.56bn.
The RDA has been successful in gaining the confidence of overseas Pakistanis, until now 181,556 accounts have been opened from 171 different countries.
