Islamabad: The second day of the auction for plots by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) witnessed substantial earnings. So far, a total of 8 plots have been sold for more than 10.94 billion rupees. The auction for the plots will continue until October 20 at the Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad.
According to the details, on the second day of the auction, Plot No.1 in Sector G-6/1-1, measuring 355.55 square yards, was sold for 602 million rupees. Similarly, Plot N-1 in Sector E-11, measuring 1066.66 square yards, was auctioned for 1.24 billion rupees. On the second day of the auction, an 1111.11 square yards hostel plot in Sector G-7/3 was sold for 706 million, while a hostel plot of the same size in Sector G-9/4 was auctioned for 604 million rupees.
The four-day auction includes residential and commercial plots of various categories for investment purposes. Plots in the Blue Area, as well as various centres and plots in Sector E-11 Northern Strip, are being auctioned.
