B-17 is a sector of Islamabad, developed by Multi-Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS). The sector is bounded on the east by N-5 National Highway (locally known at Grand Trunk Road) and with the M-1 motorway to the west. B-17 is a newly developing sector located in Zone II of Islamabad Capital Territory. CDA approved and issued no objection certification (NOC) to MPCHS for sector B-17 on 30th January 2018, besides NOC was issued by Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) for construction of schools in the society. 

The sector lies at a 40 minutes of drive from Zero Point, Islamabad. Designed according to modern town planning, it features many facilities such as underground electricity, water supply, Sui gas, filtration plant. It the residents of the society benefit from a number of amenities like community center, club, playgrounds, parks, commercial centers, recreation centers, food streets, schools, colleges, universities, fitness centers and nearby health care facilities.
