F-6 Markaz:

F-6 Markaz, which is known as F-6 Super Market, is the largest market in the sector. Furthermore, China Market, which is a small commercial area in F-6/4, has Zeenat Furniture Shop, two grocery stores, and House Imported Furniture in it. Whereas, Kohsar Market which comprises many highly popular restaurants is also situated in the aforementioned area. Additionally, the Beverly Centre in Blue Area F-6/1 accompanies some offices, cafes, and restaurants, Shirt & Tie Shop Uniworth, Lifestyle Collection, HUB, PSO Petrol Pump, World-Class Suiting, and Rolex Islamabad. HBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and United Bank Limited (UBL), and many other bank branches are here to facilitate the residents. There are at least seven branches of different banks located here. 

 

Sub Sectors

 

F-6 is partitioned into four further sectors F-6/1, F-6/2, F-6/3, and F-6/4. Each of the sub-sectors also has its own small commercial areas for the convenience of the residents.

 

F-6/1

F-6/2

 

 F-6 Super Market is the biggest market located within the sector. It's hardly 2 kilometers away From F-6/2. A couple of famous school chains can also be found here Like Headstart school which constitutes from Grade second grade and goes to 7th grade. There are different modes of transportation facilities available in this sector for the convenience of the residents there are about three stops for stations located close to F-6 Islamabad which is Shaheed-e-Millat Metrobus Station on Jinnah Avenue which is at 3 Kilometer`s distance from the F-6 sector, Parade Ground Metrobus Station on Jinnah Avenue which is 2 Kilometer away from F-6 Islamabad, 7th Avenue Metrobus Station which is near Blue area and is a bit more than 2 Kilometer away. Other than that there are Metro Buses, Suzukis, and local wagons found on various routes. Like any other developed CDA sector F-6/2 also offers a variety of Medical facilities. The Center for Diabetes & Liver Disease is located on hill road. Mosques here include Umar Mosque and Masjid Daar-us-Salam. 



F-6/3 

 

The main market of F-6/3 is Kohsar Market which offers a variety of restaurants and fine dining places like PorterHouse, Tuscany courtyard, street 1 cafe, Nom Nom Wok, and many other restaurants. This sector also has to offer you some Hotels and Guesthouses including Chalet Islamabad, Serai Boutique Hotel, etc. There are a few mosques for the convenience of the residents like Aqsa Masjid Ahl-e-Hadith and also Jamia Masjid Kohsar is located in Kohsar Market in F-6/3. This sub-sector also provides entertainment and fitness-related facilities like Hasoo park in F-6/3 and CDA Park. Aziz Medical Center in F-6/3 is an outpatient clinic that provides emergency medical assistance for the residents nearby. 



F-6/4 

 

A few of the major places in this sub-sector include the Central Board of Film Censors, High Commission of Sri Lanka, Somali Embassy Islamabad, and Jehan Publications.
