
Islamabad: In a major breakthrough, the commission formed to revise Islamabad Master Plan has finally approved CDA by-laws for real estate development in Islamabad.
The decision has been widely appreciated as it will save billions invested in residential and commercial projects, which remained halted for long due to absence of adequate legislation.
It is to be kept in mind that builders and developers have been putting rigorous efforts to get the much-needed reforms approved. Particularly, Islamabad-based Builders and Developers Association (BDA) had multiple sessions with various regulatory and administrative bodies to get the task done at the earliest.
