Lahore: Provincial Minister for Law, Raja Basharat chaired a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Legislative Business at the Civil Secretariat on Tuesday. He pressed for devising an open policy to lease out state land for maximizing revenue in future.
In the meeting, proposed amendments to the Punjab Lease Policy for state lands were reviewed. It was unanimously agreed upon that that in future all leases and sale of state land will be made through open auction.
