Capital Smart City is a housing project launched by the renowned M/S Habib Rafiq Pvt Ltd, situated close to the Thalian Interchange on the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M-2). Capital Smart City is approved by the RDA and designed by the Norman Foster Meinhardt Group Singapore. The society will have its own interchange on the M2, which will be approximately 5.5 km from the Islamabad Toll Plaza. Capital Smart City plans to become Pakistan’s first smart city and a model for sustainable development.
