Successful candidates will receive a generous monthly stipend of Rs40,000 throughout the internship period. To be eligible, applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree (4 years) from a government-recognised institution within the last three years. The program is open to graduates from disciplines including business administration, management, marketing, and computer sciences. It is important to note that candidates awaiting their final results are not eligible to apply.

The application process is straightforward and entirely online. Interested candidates must submit their e-applications via the link: https://apps.cda.gov.pk/Jobs/Internship

Only complete applications will be considered, and submissions in person will not be entertained. For any technical assistance, applicants can contact 051-9252959.

Selection will be merit-based, focusing on academic performance. Marks obtained in SSC, HSSC, and bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, will each contribute 30 points to a total of 90, with an additional 10 points allocated for the interview. The list of shortlisted candidates for interviews will be published on the CDA website, along with detailed guidelines.

While the number of interns, their placement, and duties are at the discretion of the CDA, interns may request termination of their internship with a 15-day written notice. However, those who terminate early will not receive a completion certificate.

It’s important to highlight that this internship does not imply a job offer or extension, nor does it guarantee future employment with the CDA. Interns will be governed by CDA rules regarding disciplinary matters and confidentiality.

This program represents a remarkable chance for fresh graduates to gain invaluable professional experience and set the foundation for a successful career.
