ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) board, under the Chairman of CDA Noor Alamin Mengal, announced the auction of more commercial plots in the coming days.
According to reports, the board also gave a go-ahead for the preparation of the imminent auction.
The news follows a previous commercial auction held which experienced the sale of Islamabad’s most expensive plot in history for a whopping Rs 8.54 billion.
Previous reports state that the civic authority plans to auction 47 plots including orchards and other commercial plots.
The meeting further unveiled changes in the master plan for the diplomatic enclave along with the approval of land for the Virtual University and other projects.
