CDA Chairmanship Reviews Progress and Future Plans for Sector C-14, E-12, and I-12 Development

ISLAMABAD: A meeting regarding sector development was held at the CDA Headquarters on Wednesday, chaired by Chairman CDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa. CDA board members and senior officers from relevant formations attended the meeting.

During the briefing, it was informed that developmental work in Sector C-14 is progressing as per the schedule, and work on roads, drainage, and sewage in C-14 will be completed within two months.

Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa stated that the development work in Sector C-14 will be completed ahead of the scheduled time. He directed that possession of the plots in Sector C-14 will be handed over upon the payment of the final installment for the allotted plots.

Chairman CDA also emphasized that the allottees should be kept informed about the ongoing development work in Sector C-14 through the CDA website and other platforms. He mentioned that arrangements for the provision of electricity and other facilities in Sector C-14 should also be completed.

Chairman CDA suggested considering the installation of state-of-the-art solar lights in Sector C-14. He directed the Member Engineering and Member Estate to visit Sector C-14 and review the provision of civic facilities.

The meeting also reviewed the development work in Sector E-12. Chairman CDA stated that all obstacles hindering the development work in Sector E-12 should be removed and instructed that development work in the long-delayed Sector E-12 should begin, just like other sectors.

During the briefing, it was also mentioned that developmental work in Sector I-12 is progressing rapidly towards completion. Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa reiterated that all hindrances in sector development should be removed to ensure the completion of development work.
