Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA), an organization dedicated to providing the best facilities to citizens day and night, is also taking ample initiatives to promote healthy activities.
In this regard, the Sports and Culture department of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is organizing free yoga classes for the citizens of Islamabad in Sector F-6 Park and F-9 Park, near Mehran Gate near Baradari, starting from May 2nd. According to details, these classes have been divided into two shifts. The morning shift will be from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and the evening shift will be from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. It is worth mentioning that individuals of all ages, both men and women, can join these yoga classes free of charge.
Furthermore, the Sports and Culture department is also starting coaching classes for children under 16 years old, including basketball, lawn tennis, and futsal, at Multi-Purpose Ground, Sector F-6, and Multi-Purpose Ground, Sector G-11. Additionally, helpline numbers 051-9201607 and 0331-5181508 have been issued by the Sports and Culture Wing to address any concerns of the citizens, ensuring they do not face any difficulties.
On this occasion, the administration of the Capital Development Authority emphasizes that providing healthy activities to citizens, especially youth, is among the organization’s top priorities.
