CDA issues show-cause notices for violating building by-laws in Sector E-11

ISLAMABAD: Conducting operations and taking strict action against illegal construction, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) issued show-cause notices to owners for violating building by-laws in Sector E-11.

Eighteen residential and commercial buildings in the mentioned sector have been issued seal and show cause notices for illegal constructions. 

The notices were issued over the owners’ negligence to take relevant safety measures to deal with any emergency during the construction of the basements.

On the other hand, the Machinery Pool Organization and Sanitation Department of the CDA continued cleanliness work in the sector.
