The Capital Development Authority (CDA) launches the ‘Citizen Inspection Survey’ – an inquiry service aimed at resolving issues voiced by the residents of the city to beautify the federal capital by improving different functions.
The survey launched by the civic authority requires the citizens to fill out their personal information before inquiring about the condition of roads, sewerage system, general cleanliness, and greenery, along with personal feedback regarding the area of residence.
Once the form is completed and submitted, the authority will intervene by resolving the query and further utilise the gathered information for proper and effective planning in all future endeavours.
