Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has raised over Rs4 billion by selling eight commercial plots on Wednesday, third day of the auction.
CDA had already sold 31 residential plots, raising Rs1.254 million on the first two days of the auction.
The auction was conducted in an organized and transparent manner, supervised by the auction committee headed by the Member Finance of the authority. It received a great investor response, said a CDA spokesman.
