ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority received a sum of Rs20.35 billion by auctioning 13 commercial plots on the two-day ‘Open Auction’ event.
The auctioned commercial plots are four plots located in I-8 Markaz, with plot number 53 receiving the highest offer worth Rs6.5 billion. The other two plots auctioned received offers to abide by the issued COVID SOPs strictlyRs1 billion.
The authority received offers worth Rs4.7 billion for plot no. 10, a sum of Rs2.8 billion for plot no. 15, and Rs2.6 billion for plot no. 16, located in the commercial hub – Blue Area.
The Open Auction event held at the Convention Centre is headed by Member Finance Rana Shakeel Jazib, with a team including Member Planning and Design, Member Estate, Director Public Relations and other officials.
