
ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recorded economic activity worth Rs100 billion in the Federal Capital, due to an increase witnessed in the construction projects in 2020.
The maps of 2,315 buildings, including 2,075 residential and 138 commercial buildings, on an amalgamated area of 22 million square feet were approved by the Building Control Section (BCS) of the CDA in 2020, which generated a sum of Rs1.92 billion in terms of fee, informed CDA spokesperson Mr. Mohsin Sherazi.
