Keeping in mind the SOPs issued by the government to continue work, the authority resumed work to avoid further delays in the development of the project.

In addition, the authority has also launched the construction of the overhead pedestrian bridge at Constitution Avenue.

While coordinating with the Islamabad Traffic Police, a traffic diversion plan has been implemented on the Faisal Avenue ensuring smooth follow of traffic. To avoid unnecessary incidents, commuters have been directed to use alternate routes to reach their destinations.

The development project is set to address the existing traffic issues and improve matters in the area. Furthermore, the residents of Sector G-7 and G-8 will also be able to easily access the G-7 / G-8 Faisal Avenue underpass.
