According to the details, possession has already been given for Park Enclave Phase One, with allottees eagerly awaiting the construction of their new homes.

Moreover, in Sector I-15, three sub-sectors namely I-15/2, I-15/3 and I-15/4 have been given possession. The number estimated is revealed to be around 5000.

Furthermore, the Afghan refugee settlement established in Sector I-11 has been vacated, and control of approximately 1500 plots has been handed over.

In the next three years, eight new sectors will be added to the list of residential areas in Islamabad. These sectors include C-14, C-15, C-16, I-12, I-15/1, Park Enclave two and three, and Model Village Chatta Bakhtawar.

Approximately 10,000 plots are expected to be allocated for residential construction in these sectors.

According to sources, the new sectors will offer a range of housing options, from small plots to larger ones for high-end homes. The CDA will ensure that all necessary facilities, such as schools, parks, and hospitals, will be provided in these areas.

This development is expected to boost the real estate sector in Islamabad, providing more opportunities for investment and creating jobs in the construction industry.
