ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) in recent developments has decided to amend the existing bylaws of housing societies.
According to the details, the civic authority from now onwards will not cancel the entire layout plan rather the legal action will be taken against only the specific portion where the rules have been violated.
Chairman CDA, Amer Ali Ahmed while commenting on the new changes said that the new policies and the law will be discussed in the upcoming board meeting.
The chairman was also of the view that the authority is trying to take the personal guarantees from the owner of a housing society so that he can be held accountable in case of any irregularity.
