CDA to generate development funds from auction of prime residential and commercial plots

Islamabad: Capital Development Authority will auction 81 residential and commercial plots from April 8 to April 11 at Jinnah Convention Centre.

Only residential plots located in developed sectors shall be auctioned on the first two days. Whereas commercial plots in Blue Area, developed marakiz, hospitals and class-III shopping centres of developed sector will be auctioned on the last two days.

A high level committee headed by the Member Finance along with Member Planning and Design, Member Estate, and other senior officials of CDA will supervise the auction proceedings.

The committee shall present its recommendations to CDA Board for approval of the bids.
