
ISLAMABAD: In a meeting chaired by Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed in the chair, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched a project to link Islamabad’s Jinnah Avenue with F-8 and the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
Under this project, two loops will be constructed on each side of the existing underpass on Faisal Avenue and Blue Area by the authority along with the Machinery Pool Organisation (MPO) of CDA
The construction of both the loops is scheduled to be completed within two months.
In addition, the road in front of Serena Hotel will also be widened to relieve traffic congestion in the area and is scheduled to be completed within a few days.
