
Islamabad: Led by its President Ahmed Hassan Moughal, a delegation of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) called on Amer Ali Ahmed, Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) to discuss the matter of making markets encroachment free.
While addressing, Chairman CDA expressed about a significant number of encroachments in various markets of Islamabad requesting the business community to cooperate with CDA for its removal. He said that a committee would be established for the identification and analysis of encroachments.
According to President ICCI, CDA should take on board concerned market unions prior to conducting any operation against encroachments.
Vice President FPCCI Muhammad Ejaz Abbasi and President Markazi Anjuman-e-Tijran Ajmal Baloch promised a full cooperation to CDA in this issue and said that prior to any action, CDA officers should brief the concerned people and highlight encroachments.
