Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an auction of residential and commercial plots at Jinnah Convention Centre. The auction will stretch over four days from April 8 till April 11.
Residential plots from developed sectors will be put up for auction during the first two days. Commercial plots from developed sectors will be auctioned on the last two days. These include plots in Blue Area, hospitals and class-III shopping centres.
A committee headed by CDA’s Member Finance will ensure transparency in auction proceedings.
