
ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has unveiled its plan to auction off commercial plots in various well-developed sectors of the city, to boost revenue and attract investors.
As per details, the much-anticipated auction of commercial plots in Islamabad will be held from May 3 to May 5 at the Jinnah Convention Centre.
Interested investors, both local and overseas, have been urged to participate in this auction, which is expected to have a significant impact on the commercial estate market in the capital city.
The auction schedule, which includes various plots located in different sectors, has already been publicized in newspapers, generating a great deal of interest among potential investors.
Real estate experts have deemed this auction a must-avail investment opportunity, as it offers commercial plots with legal protection and the potential for high returns.
The commercial plots available for auction are strategically located in centres, agro farms, petrol pumps, Class-III shopping centres, and other prime locations.
