
QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan Alyani reviewed the progress on several uplift schemes under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP).
The Chief Minister also chaired the meeting.
Several officials including Mir Umar Khan Jamali, Zamarak Khan Achakzai, Zahid Saleem, Shahzada Farhat Ahmadzai, Mir Arif Jan Muhammad Hasani, Hafiz Abdul Basit, Dr Sajjad Baloch, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, Ghulam Ali Baloch, Motahar Niaz Rana, Asfandyar Khan and Abdul Rehman Buzdar were in attendance.
According to sources, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Planning and Development department briefed the meeting that in the current financial year, 155 schemes of PDWP and 2,131 schemes of DSC were approved along with 1,731 other projects.
In addition, there were a total of 859 uplift projects in which 158 are ongoing and 235 are new projects.
