CM Balochistan reviews progress of FPSDP projects

QUETTA: Chief Minister (CM) Balochistan, Mir Jam Kamal Khan on Thursday presided over a meeting to review the progress on Federal Public Sector Development Program (FPSDP) projects.

Speaking on the occasion, CM Balochistan advised Planning and Development department to complete the development work within the given time period.

According to the details, the CM was also apprised about the budget preparations 2021-2022.

The meeting was apprised that in the upcoming budget non-development funds will be kept at a minimum while maximum funds will be allocated for development programs.

Furthermore, the proposed recommendations for developing the ‘Apna Ghar Scheme’, Women Empowerment Fund, and Enterprise Development Fund were also reviewed.

The meeting was attended by Provincial Finance Minister Mir Zahoor Ahmed, Chief Secretary Balochistan, Additional Chief Secretary Planning and Development along with other high government officials.
