
Lahore: Provincial Minister of Housing and Urban Development Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed said that construction under the scheme of Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme will begin by next month. These include cities of Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Chiniot.
The Provincial Minister directed Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) to speed up the process of land acquisition from the Liquidation Board for the housing project.
Amendment of relevant laws is being made to ensure participation of private sectors. Land acquisition matters are also being settled with Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA).
