Court ban prevents LDA from collecting rupee one billion in commercialization fee

Lahore: A ban on both, temporary and permanent commercialization as per the court’s decision last year has caused Lahore Development Authority (LDA) to face a loss of more than one billion.

This amount was meant to be recovered by LDA as a commercialization fee.
