Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has resumed work on Park Enclave anew after four years.
As step one, plot owners of the plots have deposited billions however it is now that the development work has started. Ground breaking of the PE-1 has been personally visited by the CDA Chairman. Being constructed at a cost of Rs86 million the 7enders for the project have been awarded at much lower rates than the NIT which stood at 130 million. The construction cost however stood at Rs86 million.
According to the spokesman, the development pace will pick up soon.
