DUBAI: Dubai Land Department has launched a Real Estate Innovation Incubator Initiative 2023 to attract foreign companies to Dubai.
As per sources, the initiative’s main objective is to encourage international companies to come to Dubai and contribute to innovation in the real estate sector.
Moreover, the idea is to build the capacities and skills of relevant individuals.
Furthermore, the initiative will lead to the improvement of the digital system and will aid in aligning it with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
The incubator initiative is signed between Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Xclusiverse Technology Company.
“Dubai Land Department values the significance of fostering collaborations between the public and private sectors to support Dubi’s economic agenda and piston in the city among the world’s top economic hubs”, said Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Promotion Investment and Management sector at DLD.
