
FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) announced that it will start issuing smart cards to residential and commercial property owners next month.
Additional Director General Abid Hussain Bhatti presided over the meeting which discussed the digitalization of FDA records.
The meeting was also attended by Director IT Yasir Ijaz Chatha, Directors Estate Management Suhail Punnu, Junaid Hassan and others.
The Additional Director General conducted an audit of the existing processes to review the digitalisation initiatives of the authority and directed concerned individuals to expedite the process. The committee decided to issue smart cards to property owners to allow the efficient collection of data in line with modern security features and requirements.
