Federal Cabinet appoints Amer Ali as chairman CDA for 5 years

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Cabinet has given a go-ahead to the appointment of Mr. Amer Ali as the Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) for five years.

According to the details, the officials of CDA are appointed under Section 6 of the CDA Ordinance, 1960 by the federal government.

The general and administrative affairs of the civic authority are run by the CDA Board which is led by a Chairman.

The civic authority has posted a surplus budget during FY2021-2022 while it has already Rs26bn in its account for the FY2020-2021.
