ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is set to hold an auction for commercial plots on June 18 and 19.
Among the properties up for bid is a 2602 square yard mixed-use commercial plot located in Sector G-13/4, designated for the development of high-rise apartments. Additionally, 23 commercial market plots situated in Sector G-14 will also be available for auction.
To ensure smooth proceedings, a joint session of the auction committee and auction management committee was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Works, Najeeb Akram. The meeting reviewed auction arrangements and confirmed that the budget relief recently announced will be applicable to the auction process.
The reserve prices for the plots have been finalized and approved based on the recommendations presented by a sub-committee appointed by the auction committee.
