Quetta: Deputy Commissioner Captain Tahir Zafar Abbasi (retd) has ordered registration of FIR against all illegal land digging works across the Quetta city. Notices have been issued in this regard to non-complying parties.
The administrator of Metropolitan Corporation of Quetta has been intimated that most land diggers are foreigners without any NOC to carry out the excavation. The land excavation contractors are required to have an NOC from the Engineer Metropolitan Corporation.
