Four Main Malls of the Twin Cities to Remain Open on Weekends

ISLAMABAD: In a bid to facilitate business and commercial activities, the District Magistrate of Islamabad on the directives of the National Command Operation Center (NCOC) has announced to observe ‘safe days’ in the federal capital, in a notification that will remain in effect till April 11, 2021.

The schedule of all areas observing safe days is as follows:

 

Thursday and Friday; Amazon Mall, Centaurus Mall, Giga Mall, and Safa Mall. These four main malls will remain open on the weekend.

Friday and Saturday; Commercial areas of G-7, G-8, G-9, G-10, G-11, G-13, G-15, 1-9, 1-10, Sitara Market, Furniture Market – Golra Road, Barakahu, PWD, Pakistan Town, I&T Center, Ghauri Town, Khanna Pull, Aabpara Market, and Taramri Market.

Saturday and Sunday; Blue Area, Melody Market, E-11, F-8, F-10, F-6, F-7, F-11, and I-8.

 

For areas not mentioned in the notification, the safe days will be observed on Saturday and Sunday.
