Furthermore, the issue pertaining to the approval of NOC’s for builders and developers investing in Gwadar will also be resolved, he further added while addressing the members of the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD).

He further addressed that they will set up a Gwadar Investment Conference and focus on resolving security issues of Gwadar. He further emphasized the role ABAD can play in Gwadar’s development with a priority focus on the issues of builders and developers.

Senior Vice Chair,am (ABAD), Hanif Memon, also shed light upon his association’s pivotal role and maintained that issues of NOCs grant and land titles should be addressed on priority. He mentioned that GDA should provide a one-window solution for NOCs grant and related issues.

He said several Abad members had purchased land and got NOCs through proper channels but title issues were not resolved and these NOCs were cancelled without assigning any valid reason.
