Haripur becomes first city to launch Integrated District Development Plan

Haripur: The launching ceremony for the first ever Integrated District Development Plan was held at the office of the deputy commissioner. District Nazim Akhtar Nawaz Khan was the guest of honor.

Haripur was the first district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) where IDDP 2018-22 was launched. 180 village and neighborhood councils, three tehsil councils and district council had jointly framed the plan, said district nazim.

A briefing was given on the salient features and plan structure to all the participants. These included officials of line departments, GIZ and district administration.
