Islamabad – May 8, 2024: IMARAT Group of Companies and U Microfinance Bank (U Bank) have joined forces to offer customised banking services to the IMARAT Group, including Graana and Agency21, and their extensive employee and client base.
The collaboration aims to provide tailored banking solutions, including employee banking with complimentary insurance coverage, efficient payroll disbursement, collection facilities through physical and digital banking channels, and specialised financial products. This partnership reflects a commitment to drive economic growth and inclusion.
The partnership was formalised in Islamabad, with Mr Shafiq Akbar, Chairman of IMARAT Group, and Mr Mohamed Essa Al Taheri, President & CEO of U Bank, signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of senior management from both organisations.
Mr Shafiq Akbar highlighted the partnership’s focus on simplifying and enhancing financial services for clients. At the same time, Mr. Mohamed Essa Al Taheri emphasised U Bank’s dedication to economic empowerment through strategic collaborations.
