Islamabad Expands Horizons: Sector C-14 to Become the City’s Next High-End Destination

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has officially announced the launch of Sector C-14, a new residential development that promises to offer a unique blend of modern living amidst the serene beauty of the Margalla Hills in Islamabad. The payment plan has been designed to accommodate a variety of buyers, including both local and overseas Pakistanis. For local applicants, the processing fee is Rs. 14,000, while overseas Pakistanis will pay a processing fee of $50.

The installment plan for the plots is as follows:

  • 25% (Rs. 15 million) within one month of receiving the intimation letter.
  • 25% (Rs. 15 million) within four months.
  • 25% (Rs. 15 million) within seven months.
  • 25% (Rs. 15 million) within 10 months.

Additionally, the CDA is offering a 10% rebate on lump-sum payments, which can be made in either Pakistani Rupees or USD, providing an added incentive for those opting for upfront payments.

Bookings for plots in Sector C-14 are now open, with the deadline set for December 30, 2024. The CDA has invited interested buyers to seize the opportunity to invest in this prime location, which promises to become one of Islamabad’s most desirable residential neighborhoods.

With its prime location, premium facilities, and scenic views, Sector C-14 is expected to attract a wide range of buyers, from families seeking a peaceful yet connected environment to investors looking for high-value properties in Islamabad.
