The Capital House—estimated at Rs. 3.2 billion—will be designed on the pattern of existing provincial houses in Sindh, Punjab, KP, and Balochistan. The facility aims to unify dispersed government accommodations into a modern, centralized complex. Construction is expected to start soon and finish within 24 months.

The CDA additionally approved Rs. 3 billion for building residential units for government officers. The proposed high-rise structure will include a ground floor plus 14 stories, along with complete electrical, mechanical, and horticultural works.

Another project approved was the Rs. 635 million upgrade of the Diplomatic Enclave, scheduled for completion within six months. The initiative aims to improve infrastructure and facilities for diplomats and government officials stationed in the enclave.
