KDA set to auction commercial plots on April 21-22

KARACHI: The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) is set to auction 47 commercial plots on April 21-22.

The authority will also auction a residential plot. The plots to be auctioned are located in Korangi Township, Surjani Township, North Karachi Township, Old Nazimabad, Clifton and Gulistan-e-Jauhar.

 

The schedule of the auction is as follows;

April 21 –

Auction of 17 commercial plots in Korangi Township measuring 40sq yards to 300sq yards, with a security deposit of Rs500,000 for every plot.

Auction of commercial plots in Surjani Township, measuring 250sq yards to 800sq yards, with a security deposit of Rs500,000 for every plot.

 

April 22 –

Auction of seven commercial plots in North Karachi Township, measuring up to 150sq yards, with a security deposit of Rs500,000 for every plot.

Auction of a 600sq yards commercial plot in Old Nazimabad, with a security deposit of Rs1,000,000.

Auction of a 400sq yards commercial plot in Clifton, with a security deposit of Rs1,000,000.

Auction of thirteen commercial plots, measuring up to 400sq yards in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. The security deposit for each plot is Rs1,000,000.
