
ISLAMABAD: The Republic of Korea has granted a loan of $76.28 million under the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) to set up an Information Technology Park project in the federal capital, announced the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication.
The terms and conditions of the contract will be subjugated as per the conditions of the loan agreement, the ministry further added.
In addition, eligible bidders have been invited to submit their bids to construct 10 stories above ground and two basements IT Park project with a gross floor area of 66,893.643 m2, comprising offices, conference rooms, and data centres, amenities, backup power, and parking area.
The project is scheduled to be completed within 30 months.
