Spanning between 4.5 and 5 kanal each, the rest areas will be located at Adda Plot, Halloki, Kamahan, opposite the airport, and Mehmood Booti. The sites will be leased through a competitive process to financially sound individuals and firms, with lease agreements already drafted and offers set to be invited shortly.

The initiative is expected to generate over PKR 200 million annually in revenue and marks a significant step toward modernizing Lahore’s transport infrastructure. The project also aligns with the government’s efforts to improve facilities for both commuters and commercial traffic on the city’s busiest corridor.
